Manuel Antonio is truly an amazing place for its white sand beaches, its Rain Forest, and the wild life. I never tire watching the abundance of life play out its daily game. For me, one of my favorite animals to try and spot, is the Sloth. I have never visited the park without having the pleasure of seeing them, usually with a young one clinging on. This brings me to my point. It’s a little known fact, that baby Sloths are so inept that they will often fall out of the trees from grabbing their own arms mistaking them for tree branches. Some find this very funny, some may think it sad, but I am amazed they have stayed in the game as long as they have with this fundamental flaw. (P.S.No Sloth’s were harmed during the writing of this story

You may have noticed I didn't write over the weekend. To put it short, I got drunk & don't remember much of it.

Burning my nuggets off in the Tabacon Hot Springs at Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica

The hot Springs at Tabacon resort are truly amazing. Located outside the town of La Fortuna, and snuggled in close to Arenal Volcano, you will not soon forget this indulgence.

The hot springs have many different pools and water temperatures to choose from, heated by the mighty volcano itself. But be warned, the further up stream you go the HOTTER the water gets. Most important, go at night if at all possible. If you are lucky you will witness Arenal’s anger while basting yourself in the volcanoes juices. P.S. – Watch your twig and berries if you got them, it gets HOT!

So I am trying to deal with the issue of smoking. I have been a smoker now for 23 years. I started when I was 13. It just got to be time to quit. Now I have tried to quit before with almost zero success. And than there is the fact that I am a degenerate. Enter the E-CIG. The moment I saw it I had hope. I went with the E-Cig from Kingpin.
